A barely-there blue-gray...so ethereal, this color is a stunner. For hundreds of years, recycled glass beads have been made by the Krobo People of Ghana. Using a method of first grinding the glass to powder, the glass is then heated and poured into clay molds. A leaf from the Cassava tree is placed in the center to form the hole. When the glass is baking, the leaf disappears and you have a bead!
