This one-off heart brooch has been created by artist Andrew Logan using a selection of unusual glass and treasures from his collection, collaged in his iconic and inimitable style.

This refreshing green heart incorporates a large piece of cracked, bottle green mirrored mirrored glass. Andrew intentionally incorporates cracked and broken glass in his work, believing they bring his pieces luck and longevity. The top of the heart has been formed using a piece of aventurine stone in a metal teardrop shaped casing, and a large, glittering green crystal. Aventurine is said to be a positive stone of prosperity; helping to calm, aiding mental healing and protecting against pollution. This eye-catching brooch has been set in neon green resin and embellished with green glitter to create a stunning piece. As with all Andrew Logan's unique pieces, this heart has been signed and dated on the back.

The brooch can be affixed to any item of clothing using the metal safety pin on the back. It measures just over 6 x 5 cm at its widest points and weighs 18g.
